Unable to find capture device in one IPTV folder

I just need to know where the recorded file called "Default" is stored, so I can delete it, since it is a big file.

I suspect that you may be referring to the "Default" that is shown against "Name" when you make a manual recording ... "Default" is subsequently displayed in the recordings list.

NextPVR creates a file with a name in the default naming format ... One of your logs contains ...

2018-04-06 22:52:01.830 [DEBUG][1] Playing video file: \Manual Recordings\Default_20180405_11401430.ts

The should be a folder called "Manual Recordings" in your Recordings folder that contains the manual recordings that you have created.

Edit: When you delete an entry in the list of recordings displayed by NextPVR ... NextPVR should delete the recording file.
