Rebuilding server from scratch, which folders to copy?

I am getting a new server and starting it over from scratch. Which directories can/should i copy so I don't have to set everything up again? I have like 60 ClearQAM channels that i have renamed, changed channel numbers that would take me a few hours to redo. Should i just go to devices -> Export channels and be good?

Take backup copies of your config.xml and npvr.db3 before doing anything else.

On the new machine, run the 'Stop NPVR Service' shortcut and replace the npvr.db3 file with your original one. If you've got recordings you want to retain, copy them to the same location on the new machine. Restart the recording service and NextPVR.exe. If you've got new tuners, you'll probably need to head to the Settings->Devices screen, and double click the new devices and accept the option to copy the channels setup from the existing devices.

You'll probably need to reset your recording directories etc.
