Capture Card and IPTV Support?

I am assuming the answer to this is yes, but I thought it best to check. Can NPVR support inputs from a capture card and IPTV simultaneously? My setup will be as so:

1) I have my own scraper that builds a channel guide.
2) Some of my channels reside on an STB that the capture card is connected to.
3) I have an executable acting as a blaster to control the STB.
4) I will soon be getting an IPTV box delivered that has additional channels on it.
5) I will be extending my scraper to create an additional file that has the IPTV EPG data in it.
6) NPVR will act as a PVR back end in Kodi.
7) When I open the TV Guide in Kodi, I will see my STB channels and IPTV channels all as part of the same EPG.
8) When I select a STB channel, the executable blaster will switch to that channel for me.
9) When I select an IPTV channel, NPVR will change to the correct stream for me.

Is all of the above possible? I know it is on TVHeadEnd, but I am hoping I can accomplish the same with NPVR.

Yes, it can generally do all that.

The only confusing bit is the "IPTV Box". Usually NextPVR would get the streams directly from the source. If you're using an IPTV box, then that is just another set top box, and you're using analog/hdmi to capture from it (not IPTV).
