Question concerning NPVR Status showing strange Recording

I am curious about something that I am now seeing that I didn't see before. Just wondering if it something I should be concerned about or ignore.

When I show NPVR STATUS, I have two Hauppauge Tuners. Under Tuner number One I see this occurring:

Recording C:\DEVxxxxxx\Null.TS

Does this indicate that one of my tuners is being used to download EPG data?

Yes, if you've got any channels set to get ATSC/DVB EPG listings, then that non-existent file is used while downloading the listings. Just ignore it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had my suspicions but wasn't sure since this is actually the first time I see this under NPVR Status.

Yes, I have both ATSC/DVB and XMLTV EPG for downloading.
