won't play

Once all my channels are loaded up and I press on the channel I want to start it won't play, any ideas?

Yes upload your Kodi debug logs and NextPVR logs and we can have a look.

Wow, forgot all about this post till I tried to play kodi again. Should be more clear on what I am trying to do here. Would like to use nextpvr and kodi on my Samsung s9+. I have it all configured properly as it loads the channels and gives no errors. Kodi plays fine on my local network but it won't outside my network. I have all ports that need to be open on my router, as I can use the nextpvr app. I click on the channel and nothing happens. Is there anything I need to open in Kodi for this to work?

There are a couple of config.xml setting required for Kodi, these need to be true.

<AllowRemoteAPI>false</AllowRemoteAPI>
<AllowRemoteStreaming>false</AllowRemoteStreaming>

Failing that you need pretty good Internet upload speed probably 20Mbs for some Canadian OTA, half that for IPTV.

ok thanks for that info will try. just upgraded my internet to 200mbs down and 15mbs upload
