Deleted channels are showing up, but only in Android App

I imported my IPTV stations and removed the ones I wasn't interested in, but many of them are showing up in the Android App. The don't show up in the Kodi plugin, or the web gui, just the Android app.

I'm using the Docker v5 backend (which has been working awesome by the way)

That's great to hear. Lots of work has gone into it. It's not perfect, but it's coming along nicely.
