mvallevand Wrote:Sorry I meant tune firewire via USB. USB UIRT is ok, but I don't like taping the IR eye to my devices to avoid bleeding. Besides I can control up to 4 STB from my $15 dollar device. (I have the DTA and 2 STB that all use the same IR code)

I see, LoL I didn't tape mine at all I used a piece of wood made slot channel down the middle for wire to go and per-drill a hole just big enough for IR eye emitter to fit inside or can buy the Universal IR Emitter Cover no need for tape.

Turned nrecord off.
I don't have any 32bit machines left these days, so can't easily check it. I was working on the assumption it'd work in 32bit. With the dotnet runtime installed, you could try running "dotnet NextPVRServer.dll". Hopefully that'll work in 32 bit.

Most of the application is 32/64 bit agnostic, and will run as either. There are bits which always run 32 bit (DeviceHostWindows.exe etc, and the dll/ax files it loads)

On page 3 of 190 we can see that is even possible opposite:
You can run 64-bit guests on supported 64-bit hardware (Intel or AMD) running either 32-bit or 64-bit host operating systems.

More user-friendly would be to have single exe which will display splash screen and check bitness, update, start client, tray app...

Sorry I see why it's not working on 32bit versions of Windows. I'll fix it for the next build.
