Video Library Folder/Filename Refresh

If the files/folders in one of my video libraries are significantly updated outside of NextPVR then the NextPVR client often gets confused and has issues displaying and navigating the proper file/folder list, e.g. it can become
impossible to scroll to the beginning or end of the list.

This can be fixed by restarting the NextPVR service.

Is there any way to fix this issue from the client side?
Restarting the client seems to have no effect.

Is this the folders that contain your recordings or folders that contain material that is viewed using Videos in the NextPVR main menu (i.e. folders specified in NextPVR Settings --> Media Folders --> Video Folders)?

The NextPVR server service is not involved in access to files using Videos in the main menu. Are the files on a remote machine? Is the folder accessed using UNC or a mapped drive letter?

Yes, I have a mixture of local folders and UNC folders.
The folder that seems to cause the problem most of the time is local (D: drive).

The folder that seems to cause the problem most of the time is local (D: drive).

It might be that NextPVR reads and remembers the content of a folder when you first select Videos from the main menu ... or ... when you first list the folder content while within Videos. NextPVR might not re-read the folder content and might overlook files that are subsequently added. It might be that the fix is to exit back to the NextPVR main menu and select Videos again. Or it might be something completely different.
