Long Names in Desktop App Guide

I tried copying my V4 Media>Channels folder over to V5. Worked, but I realized that I'm getting very long channel names that basically prevent the icons from showing up. Using Schedules Direct. I used to get what amounts to an abbreviation for the channels, but now getting a long name. I'm using the same "channel header" that I used in V4.

I prefer the short name too but sub moved to the long name I can't remember why. The UI clients need the short name.
Also make sure the config is set up to show icons and channel names. Martin

Just thinking about this it is nice to have the long names for selecting new stations but in the small space in NextPVR and UI clients it doesn't work.

Well, if you like the icons, then you probably have to muck around with the xml files to make it all fit. Painful. It would be cool to be able to pick which one you want.
