I've created ini file with frequencies for my cable operator and using that file I can map all channels on the Windows platform.
Now I'm testing Linux dist and I was try put my custom ini file in /opt/nextpvr/system/data/tuning/DVB-C but in web interface search I only can see default list.

My question is how to set custom frequency-list for scan.

Thanks

On Linux, it needs to use the standard Linux tuning files in /usr/share/dvb/dvb-c.

The NextPVR ones in /opt/nextpvr/system/data/tuning/DVB-C are only used for SAT>IP.

There are some alternate sources for the scan tables that might not be on every source

https://git.linuxtv.org/dtv-scan-tables.git/tree/

and tvheadend has some extra user submitted files.

Thanks, that's what I've been looking for.

One more question please. Is it possible to import channel list from NextPVR 4.x?

No - Linux needs different tuning information. You need to do a scan to setup channels.
