This may be a browser problem (Pale Moon Browser) but clicking on the dustbin to delete a recurring recording in Schedules - dustbin goes red but the recording remains.
IE 11 doesn't appear to be compatible with v5 web interface.
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives  Huh

I just tried here and it seems to be deleting ok. Maybe zip up the logs immediately after a delete attempt, and I'll check the logs to see if the request made it as far as the server.

Cleared out logs, added another tuner then tried to delete Beecham House Recurring  and Model Railway Challenge - both remained -then zipped logs.

Have noticed also these 2 are no longer in Kodi Timers list.

I'll install another browser later - Pale Moon seams to be a bit fussy what links are allowed - possibly Edge Chrome beta, I think it will install on Windows 8.1

Does refreshing the browser with ctrl-F5 change the browser view?

No - but I have just installed MC Edge Chrome beta and in that, I get the recording popup when I click on the recording (didn't know it was there before) and both the recurring recordings I tried to delete, have gone.

Guess I may have to start re-thinking my browser of choice - often getting problems with vendor sites with Pale Moon as well. It sticks to strict internet protocol specifications - unfortunately nowadays the internet doesn't - coughgoogle Sad

I know when I updated the Windows Gadget for v5 it used IE for fetching API calls from the server and I had to add a dummy parameter to force reloads. Now with permanent SID's the URL's don't change much. If your disable caching https://docs.netapp.com/sgws-110/topic/c...8C77B.html does it change the behaviour?

It is a problem with VueJS and Pale Moon, see this fix (https://github.com/vuejs/vue/pull/10517/files)

If you change the vue.js file to include the PaleMoon lines it works.

The problem with Vue.js and the Pale Moon browser has been found and will be fixed in the next Pale Moon release (28.9.2?)

What they changed is to toggle "dom.event.highrestimestamp.enabled" from "false" to "true" in the "about:config"

For details see: https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php...20#p187753
