Hit ctrl to see more options for the device. It isn't clear to me how you have channels on a fresh install with no scanning or conf file.

I didn't know ctrl trick Wink
I've removed all devices and rescanned them from scratch. Still no files for adapters has been created. I'm attaching logs:

So you did a scan? It is better to download the log zip file with the browser and attach it so we can see the history an all files.

I say again I don't understand why you need to use docker and it's hassles for anything but a simple hdhr or iptv install. Microsoft .netcore is designed to handle the version issues that many have dealt with using distros over the years.

I’m away for another couple of days, but can check what’s happening when I’m back home.

This is perfect example why I use Docker. In the meantime I've installed TVHeadend (from Docker) and it works, so currently I'm using it. But when I've received advice for NextPVR, I've simple stopped TVHeadend container and started NextPVR container.
I've added pastebin link with whole log from starting service and scanning. It didn't create channels file, and my idea now is maybe it has some permissions problem. I'll l check at when return home

Just copying one lone to pastebin is not working because it doesn't flush the logs. You need to zip the logs from setting and attach them here. It also includes the device logs which we also need

To disable NextPVR to run tvh, kaffeine etc you would just

sudo service nextpvr-server stop

To have this survive a reboot you would add

sudo systemctl disable nextpvr-pvr
