Hi, i'm new with nextpvr.

i'm trying it in an unraid docker container.

I have an iptv provider, with 5 m3u links, each one having a maximum of 1 stream at a time.

I'm trying to add these m3u as devices in NextPVR, but it seems i'm stuck at adding only two.

I go to settings > devices and i click on the pre existing IPTV devices > import m3u, them i input my m3u and xmltv link, scan and save.

Once the first device is added, i click again on IPTV device and i do the exacte same thing.

Once these two m3u IPTVDevices are made, i try to click again on IPTV Devices, but there is no more "import m3u" button...so i don't how i can add more m3u.

Is it me not understanding how to do, is it a bug, or maybe is it by design?

Thank you !

the one with 3825 is the one i clicked on the second screenshot.

before adding the two top iptv devices, it was empty and i had the import m3u button.

But once i add two iptv device, it seems like it has a copy of all channel from the last m3u i added, and doesn't show the import m3u button anymore

Sub will have to check, sound like an issue with the database though. I can probably fix it if you PM me a link to the database but it might be easier to rebuild the database by stopping the Docker deleting /config/npvr.db3 and re-importing. If it happens again. Do the steps again but stop the Docker after each import.

I'm not really sure how you managed to end up with that.

Maybe try holding down the Ctrl key, and clicking the delete button that appears on 'IPTV Device', then hit 'rescan for devices', and the empty one should reappear. Going into that device, and using 'Import m3u' should result in a new device being created (rather than storing the channels against the 'IPTV Device' itself)

I had a few database locked message, but not everytime before editing the folders right, maybe it has to do with that.

I'll remove the database file and restart, it's not like i have a lot of things in it.

i'll give an update when done

i've noticed something.

Even if i have these extra docker parameter :

--user 99:100 --restart unless-stopped

the folders created by nextpvr are owned by root.

is it normal?

Edit: So, i tried, but now, when i'm trying to add the second channel, i have a lot of sql locked error.

but i had the possibility to import a third one...even if the second channel was empty, when trying to import the third one i also had a lot of sql locked error.

You will find the log in attachement

NB: i change the config and recording folder owner to 99:100 otherwise nextpvr wasn't starting.

Aren't you the one creating the folder before Docker even starts? The file system doesn't even need those names. I ran as a different user and it writes recordings as nobody (the way I have it set up)
