First of all, I decided to take the leap and jump to V5 - WOW

Thanks it is great.

Now to my question, I love the Guide and way you can click on a show and select how you want to record it. The only problem is that I want to only record NEW shows in the series. I can not find where to change the default. 
The other issue is how do I sort the Scheduled shows alphabetically?

You can't currently, but I've added a config.xml setting in the next release that can control this. Otherwise you can use the 'Advanced' option to do this.

There isn't currently the ability to do this.

I forgot to explain why I need to sort the titles. It turns out I am finding several duplicate scheduled recordings set for the same show. Because I am unable to sort them alphabetically at this time, I end up having to write down the show name and scan the list.

NextPVR and Kodi clients will also work for managing recordings which should help you until the browser is updated.
