There are two threads in one. NextPVR.exe uses 32bbit decoders and the web browser app uses ffmpeg. They are totally unrelated.
Sub is saying the D3D11VA option could work for AMD for the web app. I am not convinced because I see h264_qsv is part of the command line and I think AMD should be h264_amf
The best thing to do is try the web app and send the logs so we can see what is happening.
