Haupblast

I still can't find HAUPBLAST.EXE in V5.  Forgive me if I just don't see it and tell me where it is.  For us old V4 users, no big deal since we have it, but it appears to me that it's still not in the V5 installation.  I'm not sure how to get V5 working with Hauppauge tuners without Haupblast.

Yeah, looks like I forgot to include it. I've added it for the next build.
