the browser is maximized. I always leave it that way. I don't see that well and don't want to miss anything.

Try again - now you're getting that far, I'm sure you can get the save button next to it. We've had zero other reports of not getting the save button, and now we've worked out your low screen resolution was requiring the scroll to see the bottom of the popup, I'm sure it'll show there at the end of the scan.

Another option to see the whole thing, is to temporarily set the zoom on the browser to something lower, like 80%. Throw your glasses on for that few minutes Big Grin

I reduced browser and scanned again. got no connection. turned off triple tuner, cursed it and threatened it with dismemberment. Turned it on and lo and behold, it worked. I want to go back and untick most of the channels, but am worried that it will stop working again.

When the browser was reduced the scroll bars worked, but kind of funny. not what I expected. all's well that ends well.
