Hi  Could somebody help  regarding the loss of the channels I am  experiencing at the moment.

My nearest connection is Crystal Palace. The device tries  to search for channels but finds nothing . Then it gives a mesage to show the  channels in Groups

The system has been working fine for a few days then all of a sudden whilst the channel are still showing in the devices the programmes have failed to lock onto the respective channels

Thank you Tom Reiid

Your antenna is still on your roof?

Try doing a scan, then post the logs, and I'll check for any errors.

.zip   logs-20200722-1200.zip (Size: 1.34 MB / Downloads: 1) Hi Thank you for your help
I have an arial receiver and it has a booster which is shared with the television.
I have switched the two arieals which appear to be okay
I have run the system both with and without the  internet  line
I have reduced the devices to the two I need showing Crystal palace
I have attached the logs herewith

I had a similar situation when I installed and tried to search with reference to my local transmitter.

That didn't work, but instead i finally tried either all UK channels or all channels (can't quite remember which one -- sorry!) and that did the trick.

This appears to be a message from the driver software for the tuner.

Are you running the latest version of the driver?  Does a reboot of the computer solve the problem?
