Unfortunately, the VC_redist.x86.exe didn't work (I had previously tried this as well based on some prior posts). I gave up and am reverting to Windows Media Center, it was fairly easy to setup in Windows 10 with the same Zap2It guide I was using for NPVR v4 an no issues with my TV Card drivers. Thanks for all who helped.
