help regard high quality hi def recording

Hi Guys not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes.

Okay i want to record hi quality hi resolution video of PCgames i need to know what card or cards i would need to use and how it could be done i have a budget of around £300 for the correct equipment.

I have available the systems below.

the cheapest way just get yourself a dvb card, be it dvb s c or t (If it a dvb type signal) I personally like twinhans.. now I do not know if you can get this feed on a FTA feed of some form, if encrypted it still might not impossible depending on the encryption.. and record it since it just writes the broadcast material identical to how it is broadcast there is no lose in quality.. other then what ever signal fade you might have during broadcast..

other then that I guess you have to buy a providers hdpvr if they have one. or a digital vhs recorder and and hd tuner of some form
