What would the best PVR/Capture Card be?

I'm looking to do some LP's for PS3 games (Uncharted, The Last of Us, etc.) but I need a good device to capture the gameplay. What would you guys recommend?
I'm willing to spend about $150-$200 on one, but I'd like to know the pros/cons of the good ones and figure out which one I should get. Multiple opinions are always good.Tweakbox Appvalley https://vlc.onl

I've used these to capture video from cameras with HDMI output and they work well, but there's probably a more elegant solution for game capture.
