Ok. I saw your last message before I posted the last 2 messages above. I did try your command..
sudo dvbv5-scan -F /usr/share/dvb/dvb-s/Astra-28.2E -l help but I'm not sure what to do with the output. I'm afraid your request is beyond my level of knowledge. Sorry.

Instead of -l help choose -l UNIVERSAL, EXTENDED or ENHANCED

Ok. I did that but the command generated lots of error messages while running but it didn't generate a: dvb_channel.conf file.

That was 3 different commands. Thanks for trying probably just better to wait for sub to complete the new version.

I tried TVHeadend to see if it was a tuning problem. TVHeadend did find the missing channels so I guess it is a tuning problem with NextPVR. Do you know when the updated Linux and/or Docker release might become available? Thanks.

Hi - do you know if the NextPVR Docker has been updated?
The normal install command is .. docker pull nextpvr/nextpvr_amd64 tableI was wondering if you needed to use a different command if the release was a beta/test/unstable release. If it has been updated, I'll try it again to see if the tuning problem is fixed. Thank you.

The docker image has not been updated yet. It'll be updated with the release.

Ok. Is it possible (worth me) trying to do a native compile/install of the latest version for installing on Ubuntu 22.04? Would that be possbile given that U22.04 uses dotnet 6.*?
If not, I'll wait for the Docker image to be updated. Thanks. |
