It shouldn't be using this RF24 unless you've got a channel scanned in for that frequency. You can just deleted the bad one if you have both versions of the channel.
If the issue is more at scan time, and it's only pulling in the bad one, you can delete that frequency from the atsc.ini file, so that it never even bothers to scan that frequency.
