Lost sound

I have been using NextPVR on Windows 10 for a few years now and recently I lost sound when viewing Live TV. Programs that I record when played back DO have sound. What could be wrong?

If the client have trouble is NextPVR.exe go to Settings Decoders and make sure the Audio Renderer is Default and the Audio Decoders are for the LAV 32 bit decoders. If you still have problems upload the zipped logs.

Sorry I don't remember v4 logs enough to help. Maybe try TSReader5 and the LAV32 Video decoders too.

I also have same problem as Moviedude. Have checked decoders and all are LAV. See screenshot.

Am using Win10 V6.1.1. Sound is OK on all applications except NextPVR when viewing live TV. Even Web Client has OK sound.

Do you have the issue when playing a recording? If so, can you supply a sample recording.

Recordings play OK using Win10 Desktop app. This issue only affects live TV played using Desktop app. Also live TV played via Web app is fine.

Does it affect the channel you start live tv on, or only channels you change to subsequently?

Having logged on to test the use as requested by Sub I now find that sound is restored. Previously I had tried everything including reboots, testing sound devices etc. As far as i can see nothing has changed at all, other that what was not working is now working.
