I've been using Ranbato's docker image with comskip for awhile now on my Unraid server, and it's worked amazingly until the 6.0 update.

To test that it wasn't a problem unique to their docker image, I tested a fresh install with NextPVR's official 6.0 Dockerhub image.

When starting to play live OTA tv from my HDHomeRun Flex 4K, from the built-in webplayer, at the bottom center, the status gets stuck on "Starting Device. Please Wait..." and eventually times out to "Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)." It has the same problem with all channels.

When trying to play a channel with version 6.0, and while it is hanging on Starting Device, the status for the HDHomeRun Flex 4K shows that one of the tuners is in use for the selected channel.

When it eventually times out to Streaming Failed, the tuner status updates to not in use

I also downgraded my Ranbato's image to 5.2.7.220410 and everything plays and works as expected.

The attached logs are from the fresh 6.0 NextPVR image install.
Here is the template and command Unraid uses to start the fresh 6.0 official image container:

root@localhost:# /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/scripts/docker run -d
--name='NextPVR-Test'
--net='br0.2'
--ip='192.168.2.24'
-e TZ="America/Chicago"
-e HOST_OS="Unraid"
-e HOST_HOSTNAME="Tower"
-e HOST_CONTAINERNAME="NextPVR-Test"
-e 'UDP_PORT_16891'='16891'
-e 'PUID'='99'
-e 'PGID'='100'
-e 'UMASK'='002'
-l net.unraid.docker.managed=dockerman
-l net.unraid.docker.webui='http://[IP]:[PORT:8866]'
-v '/mnt/user/appdata/nextpvr-test':'/config':'rw'
-v '/mnt/user/recorded-tv/':'/recordings':'rw'
-v '/dev/shm/nextpvr-test/':'/buffer':'rw'
--restart unless-stopped
'nextpvr/nextpvr_amd64'

Could you check your HDHR logs and zip them and send them to us? It is returning a 503 for some reason.

Here's a zip with fresh logs from both the 6.0 container, and the HDHR.
I started up the 6.0 Container and started a random TV station so it'd be the most recent in the HDHR logs.
192.168.2.24 is the IP of the 6.0 container.
192.168.2.20 is the working 5.2.7 container.

The HDHR logs clearly show no video data is being received on tuner3 on either device but tuner 2 is working. This log data goes back to a firmware upgrade in August. If I had to guess your HDHR your antenna might be out of position.. Use the HDHR configuration tools to get it working and then if that fails do a rescan in NextPVR.

The antenna is 100% in the correct position. Where I live every major channel comes from the same direction, so aiming the antenna is a no brainer.
I went ahead and re-ran the "Detect Channels" on the HDHR, then on the fresh 6.0 container deleted all the devices, restarted the container, then under the freshly re-added 4 HDHDR devices scanned and mapped the channels with Schedules Direct, and updated the EPG just in case.

That did it! The fresh 6.0 container is working! Big Grin

What's odd, before I submitted this thread, I had already tried deleting the 4 HDHRs from devices, restarting, then rescanning and mapping the channels with an EPG update, and that didn't fix it.
Must of needed the fresh HDHR "Detect Channels."

Unfortunately when I updated Ranbato's container to current/6.0, and performed all of the above mentioned steps, it still has the same problem.
But that must be an issue unique to his docker image and the modifications they've made.

Thank you so much for the help and troubleshooting!
Donation coming ya'lls way.  Smile
