Unexpected error in WriteSafeReadAllLines when playing back via webclient

Ok I suspect NextPVR needs to wait a little after seeking to handle error in transcoding

While these log files messages might look scary, the application expects this may happen, waits a little while, then retries (up to a dozen times).

...however, this is more of a problem: (after it has exhausted all retries)

Apparently buried deep in a piece of our enterprise code that has not touched for years is the comment "ere be dragons".
