Thanks again for such quick response... I followed your instructions and everything looks a lot better now. You were a big help, thanks.

Still one remaining problem I can see.... most of the listings look correct as far as I can see. But the main channel I watch is NBC which is 36.1 here locally. The listings on that channel are wrong. Looks to me like somehow the Schedules Direct mapping to 36.1 must be wrong. At this moment, for example the listing says the show should be "The Liquidator". When I click on that channel to see it live the show that is showing is the correct OTA program (NBC- I think the show is the Rachael Ray show - same as when I see the TV directly from the TV).

Also when I look at the 5pm timeframe of this channel it is not the news that I know is scheduled. Also there are no future scheduled recordings showing up for this channel.

Any ideas?

It is possible that automap didn't work on that channel correctly. You can fix that by clicking on the wrench. and manually mapping.

It should have worked if you automapped by numbers and identifiers but things happen.

You nailed it! Manually remapped and looks like all is good.

Fyi, the channel 24.8 right before 36.1 has no Schedules Direct listing and was listed to use "DVB/ATSC EPG". I changed it to 'none' for the EPG source Then I emptied the EPG and re-downloaded. Looks good now. I'm guessing something in there about 24.8 didn't like being asked for a Schedules Direct listing when there wasn't one.

Thanks so much for your help. I don't have an answer as to why everything worked fine yesterday but not today... but hopefully with your help I now have everything configured to be more robust.

You may have just had OTA data that disappeared. Shopping channels like 24.8 don't normally have guide data.
