NextPVR Server VOD Downloads Incomplete TS Video Files

Hi,

After upgrading my Next PVR server to the latest, all downloads of VOD files has been incomplete.  In some cases, file sizes are less than 200 MB.  Please what do I need to do to correct these issues. Please see attached download files list.

Hi,

Please if this issue has been reported in the past, I'll appreciate it if anyone can redirect me to a previous post with solution to my incomplete recording issue.  Thank you, guys, for the excellent work you do.

There are somethings that only sub can fix but there is nothing anyone can do without your zipped logs.

Click the 'log files' button on the Settings->About page. It'll create a zip file for you.

You can then attach that file when creating a post.

It's almost certainly a case of the IPTV provider dropping the connection while NextPVR was downloading the file. It doesn't currently delete the file and restart the process.

Actually, it looks like you might need to reproduce it with verbose logging turned on, so we can see what happened. You enable this on the Settings->About screen, but pressing the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and clicking the Verbose button that appears.

I enabled verbose logging and recorded Black Panther Wakanda Forever.  Recorded video is 30 minutes less than movie length.  Please see attached log file.

It looks like ffmpeg simple stopped downloading it here so it is outside NextPVR control. Do you only use NextPVR for IPTV?
