depixelize OSD icons in fullscreen

This should be easy to reproduce:

When you enter Live TV while in Windowed mode. Now enter fullscreen. Note how such icons to control video are not sharp as they should be.

Now compare and start nPVR again:

This time nPVR will again start in windowed mode, but this time do not start Live TV. Instead, just enter fullscreen and enter Live TV(now icons are sharp)

It seems not related to specific GPU/driver or...(always redraw/vector)? Huh

What resolution are you running?
