how can I disable NextPVR on Pi3

I am experimenting with a different install of NextPVR and want to temporarily disable what is running on the Pi 3 .

I do not want to uninstall rather disable (temporarily).

I looked in systems/system files and did not find a startup script for it.

Any suggestions?
