Yes I have seen that before and noted it to sub to investigate.  You can check to see if you have NextPVR transcoding enabled in the web settings.

Snippets don't help though sending the entire zipped log is recommended.

Yes the Intel encoder is enabled. Is that needed for Kodi or can I disable it?

Sub still needs to look at the logs, but it is taking a long time for timings and thumbs You don't need to use built in transcoding of recordings for Kodi, that is only for the web player. If you are using a post processing file, in previous versions of NextPVR transcoding would have been disabled, so it may not have been transcoded anyway.
