is there any way to remove unused devices from device list?

I tried to go on devices in settings on my acount on web browser then move the the desired device to the bottom, press and hold the "ctrl" key on keyboard but nothing happens.

Control should toggle option on the right side to delete, it might be different in Safari. Note BDA drivers and other discovered devices cannot be deleted.

I don't know what BDA devices are, this is about an old phone, pc , and android box.
I have licene for 5 devices ,it would be normal for the old ones to be deleted when you get a new device.

Do you mean connections for an IPTV device? IPTV devices get deleted when the control toggle appears. It would not be normal to delete a tuner when a new one is added.

Usually if you're on the Settings->Devices page in of the web app, pressing and holding the Ctrl key on the keyboard would cause the delete button to show up on each device.

If this doesn't happen, what type of client device are you on at the time? I just checked it from a Windows PC and from a Macbook Pro. I'm assuming it's one of these.

Also it's just a standed keyboard right? not a virtual keyboard or something weird?

That's not NextPVR. I have no idea what you're looking at there.

I guess that explains why it's not working Big Grin

EDIT: you removed the post/screenshot showing some other type of Android devices screen.
