Do you mean new recordings or old recordings? If new recordings work go to Setup->Devices and pick your second tuner and open it up. Click the trash can and delete all the channels and exit then rescan and select copy when prompted.

Sorry didn't see this post made it to a 2nd page, I posted below there.

I uninstalled the Hauppauge card, which reinstalled at restart and now all is working. I think one of the Windows Updates bamboozled it (technical term).
