no video in frontend

I am running NextPVR on Win 10 and a Hauppage Quad TV card, and have had a working setup for several years. Yesterday the video stopped working - the frontend shows 'receiving data (83848)' but no picture.
This is not a signal issue - I have Hauppage WinTV 8 installed, and can get all channels on that.
I have tried updating Hauppage drivers and restarting the computer, don't know what to try next.

Hi

Are you running the web client on the same PC on which the server is installed or on a different PC?
If it's on the same PC, can you run the nextpvr.exe client and check if that functions correctly?

You should reproduce the problem and upload a set of logs (webUI>settings) and provide the date/time when the problem happened.

Thank you for replying.
I am running both client and server on the same machine. I most often use Kodi as the front end, it was there I first noticed the problem.
When I tried NextPVR.exe I got the message '..please wait...' and nothing more.
I downloaded and installed a new copy of NextPVR before I wrote to this forum.
I first noticed the problem after 20:30 on 7th December 23.

The first thing I would check was see if your cable company changed the frequency or the stream ids. For this you would need to do a rescan.

I also see the NextPVR.exe client is being used but you aren't using the recommended LAV 32 bit video decoder which might be the source of the problem.

Sorry about this, I just worked out that the problem was an overfull harddisk..

I normally look but when you said WinTV was working I didn't check the logs which clearly show this.

"total":4000768323584,"free":77824

In the future you can check the first web page that shows that info
