Some recordings fail with server not running

OK, I have reproduced the problem. I enclose the logs. I have two failed recordings:
Would I Lie to You?
[BBC ONE W Mid] 26/2/2024 12:41:00 AM - 1:00:04 AM
QI XL
[BBC TWO] 27/2/2024 9:00:00 PM - 9:45:00 PM

Any help or pointers you can give me would be much appreciated.

There are a series of errors in the logs around the time of the first recording failure. I'm not familiar with them. Sub or mvallevand may be better able to advise on those.

For your second recording failure, the logs imply NPVR wasn't running at the time you believe the recording was scheduled. The Windows system event log should give you a clue as to whether the system was running, asleep/ hibernated or off at that time

It looks like a tuner is not waking reliably. Check for the errors in the the tuner 2 logs.

This IsComplete snippet might relate to this too, sub did fix something so the errors aren't logged like you have when the tuner doesn't lock.

Not sure if the BDA drivers are installed correctly this is beyond my pay grade but I would reinstall them
