I wasn't going to reply because I don't really support extras but I guess I can give you a hint for your testing. There are two parameters that look to be (s)tart and (e)nd time in Linux epoch time in seconds, note the 60 (seconds) * 10 (minutes) difference

You might be able to create an extra to generate the start time and then figure out how long an end time is permitted. That is all based on whether the token (98c5ff12adca4abc9921e8e54f115092) and m3u8 (chunklist_b4628000.m3u8) are fixed.
