Just wanted to say hi after a long absence though I've been lurking regularly.
Life got really busy late last year as I transition to my retirement on July 1st.  Bought a home in the rural part of Mississippi and will be moving there the end of the summer.  Trying to close my business, sell the office and my current home and take care of an elderly mother in law and mom has been quite the challenge for an ageing man!
I still use NPVR though not as much and where I'm moving, antenna tv is almost nonexistent.
It seems I started on this forum in 2004 and I've learned  much from many of those who spend their time freely helping others. I am humbled by it all and thank all of you.

I'll still keep lurking while you guys keep helping. Hope everyone is well and taking care of themselves.

Paul

Hi Paul, seeing sub and your join dates I guess I am a relative newbie. Being retired myself, I refuse to consider myself ageing and have found there are too many ways to keep busy and yes helping my parents (now just my father) out has been part of that too. It is a challenge and a blessing at the the same time. I know many people whose parents passed before reaching my age.

Thanks guys! Getting old ins't for wimps, it's also a full time job. Smile
I'll have tons of challenging things to do like this past weekend when I was on a tractor for 4 1/2 hours cutting many acres. I have no plans to slow down at all. My wife has 2 horses that will soon be on the new property and that won't be anything like having a dog but, I'm not one to sit still and watch tv all day. I'll be gardening, mowing, fixing things and for sure, still making some homebrew when I have time. Smile
