Is it possible to install Next PVR on Win7?

Having just gone through this process on a version SP1 VM I thought I'd share what was needed

1. Installer said I need .Net v.4.0.3.18 downloaded the offline installer, web installer wouldn't work.
2. Installer then said I needed .Net v4.7.2 so downloaded the offline installer but that failed system not supported
3. Followed these steps https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...e1e883051e to install the linked KB and SP2
4. Reboot and Installed 4.7.2
5. NPVRSetup completed.
