Is it possible to change the time zone for a single channel?

I would like the information in the "TV Guide" for channel 51.3 (Retro TV) to be one hour later than what is currently displayed and for digital video recording.  Schedules Direct does not list the channel locally so I use one of my 3 lineups to use Chicago, IL over the air broadcast information.

I live in the Central Time Zone of the United States of America.  I volunteer a lot so am out of the house.

Schedules Direct has information for the Retro TV channel via several locations and I have tried using the station location in Chicago IL, Denver Colorado, and Jacksonville, FL.  Always the time for the shows is 1 hour early.  I cannot record because the time of broadcast does not match time on the EPG.   I do not know why the information for this channel is off.  But even using EPG information from 3 different time zones it is  off by an hour.

I suspect Schedules Direct is adjusting the time based on my actual time zone.

You need to find the correct zip code for the RetroTV channel you are watching. Start by finding out their call sign (typically on the hour) Once you find that contact SchedulesDirect and report it here https://www.schedulesdirect.org/lineupsupport.

If you found a random IPTV feed perhaps it is the web feed, looks like they have 5 tiimezones https://www.getafteritmedia.com/retrotv and watching it now it seems to be the eastern feed.

Schedules Direct (SD) does not have a channel listing for 51.3 in St Louis, MO area. I have reported to SD the need to add the channel. That was month's ago and it has never been added.

I have been using channel 66.6 (I think) for Joliet, IL (a Chicago station) but it has always been out of sync by 1 hour.

When I upgraded to version 7.xxxx I decided to try fixing this and as I stated tried using a US Mountain time location that carries the channel, I got data but the times were out of sync.

So I tried US Eastern time locations. First tried first Atlanta, GA but no SD for the channel in Atlanta, GA. Then I tried Indianapolis, IN, the same. Then Jacksonville, FL and again missing the channel in the lineup. Finally I tried Bridgeport, CT and found the channel for New York City, NY. But the times were still out of sync.

I even downloaded the local broadcasting into TitanTV for New York City (and the others that I removed after no EPG data) and compared it with what was being broadcast. Interestingly TitanTV converted times to US Central Time.

I think I have found why the data is not sync'ing. I decided to check about making a custom EPG listing for channel 51.3. The forums directed me to a page for XMLTV. The records have an offset from GMT built into them. This means loading another time zones data will still have the other time zone time real time for the EPG information.

The only question now is why is the Chicago data using from a station in Joliet IL (US Central time location) providing EPG data with an US Eastern time offset.

If am correct, then I have been looking for sites with the schedule for Retro TV in the wrong time zones (except for the one for Joliet/Chicago). I will check for the station in other US Central Time locations, possibly Houston, Dallas, Kansas City, ...
