1. incorrect. This should be the IP address of your backend with no port number.

2. Assuming the name of your home folder is tony, that's correct.

3. FYI, it is a launchdaemon, not a launchagent. Is it in the /library/launchdaemons folder?

If you fix the above and it still does not work, go through the instructions line by line to confirm that you are sure you have followed every one of them.
