No channel found with nextPVR

A few months ago, I purchased an August T210 tuner. Perfect installation, channel scanning ok but a month later the problems started. When I restarted the PC, nextPVR did not recognize the tuner. First I uninstalled next PVR, deleted the registry key and carried out new clean installation. This way the tuner was recognized, but when I went to tune channels, I couldn't find any channels. I thought - The tuner doesn't work. So I bought Hauppauge WinTV-HD only once the same problem was installed... no channels. Installed its WinTV 10 sw tuned, found channels and everything works. I would like to solve this problem to continue using nextPVR with Kodi. Can you help me?

I suggest stopping and restarting the NextPVR service on the Windows services screen and then sending the zipped logs on the first web Settings page.

First untick keep device primed especially if you are also using WinTV. What station do you see that are missing? It saw quite a few scanned but on these frequencies only. Maybe save this as your tuning file to save time.

Note you didn't scan after you restarted the service

For the August Device, it doesn't look like you have installed the BDA drivers that should be in the package https://www.augustint.com/us/downloadsoft-9.html# You may to need install that again and then update NextPVR.

Hi Martin, I actually didn't tune in after stopping and restarting NextPVR service. Now I tried to tune in, with Hauppauge, and everything went well. I have a new channel list and updated EPG. This way I will be able to use kodi again. As for August, I will be reinstalling the drivers and will let you know shortly. Thank you very much for your guidance

I apologize for the delay in responding, but I had problems with the Internet. However, I have reinstalled the drivers for August updated nextPVR and everything works fine.

Glad you got it sorted out. You might want to check to see if the August installed installed the old version of NextPVR and update back to v7
