How to delete / remove VOD Groups / Categories ?

I understand I can delete all VOD entries  with  service?method=vod.delete

That works fine but the VOD categories are still there ... 


How can I completely clean the VOD groups and all entries ?

Are you absolutely sure the group names you are seeing are from VOD and not from your live TV groups that may have updated over time? I think VOD is self contained but if you could PM me your xc credentials or m3u URL sub and we can use this to test how your configuration works.

In general I see an overall of group management in the future to help tame the large live TV and VOD lists but that is a big change.

Hi there,

yes, I am absolutely sure as I created a dedicated VOD m3u that does not contain any Live-TV channels and this was on a clean re-install.

However, I did have to import the m3u two times as there was a problem with the internet connection - so now all groups are double - hence my question how to get rid of them.

Out of curiosity are you talking about VOD that are only available trough the VOD menu or PPV and sports events and some shows that show up as channels. I'm missing some info on how you are getting groups.
