These lines are what I think indicates the problem.

You may find that last one "Next Level Baker" is truncated too.

Yeah, I would guess so. That was one of the "Series Premiere" recordings which I wasn't really interested in, so when it was showing as failed, I had just gone ahead and deleted the recording in NextPVR before I discovered that files actually existed. If so, doing the delete apparently did also delete those files even though the UI doesn't let you play them because the Next Level Baker files aren't there now.

There are a few reports of Failed Recordings that play in Kodi because the filename not the status is used as the filter. I never tried to track it down, now there is a clue.
