I'm probably doing something wrong, but the contents of the ZIP file downloaded from the Code button on the page that was linked turned out to be merely the same text that the page shows under README. The ZIP file contains a folder named NextPVR-master, which in turn is composed of one file, readme.md. There didn't seem to be anything in it labeled Configuration.Advanced.  ??

Also, I don't see anything in that file that looks like <div></div> or anything similar. Tried opening it in Notepad (the original by MS, not ++), Word, and Calibre. Will Notepad++ show the underlying formatting code (or whatever it's called)?

No you are not wrong, I just tried here, I am used to using git clone  I guess there is no way I know to get a zip of the wiki, so I made one for you here https://limewire.com/d/wRhOk#HQEErfztk9  I took the liberty of adding the test wiki Configuration.Advanced.md file

This screen shot from vs code shows some junk that is in there and just above it some of the unnecessary<div> markup. The embeeded hyper links would have been to the old wiki, this is here some integration with other pages could be helpful.

I used the Sysinternals strings program to find out all the setting in the code https://pastebin.com/Uwv8Q0cW I expect you will find many that are undocumented so the might need place holders (some are upcoming) It shows how much effort sub made to adapt to different user requirements.

Martin, thank you greatly for all this but I'm thinking I should beat a retreat from the idea. Smile It's really way above my pay grade. I don't know what do to and, just as importantly, what not to do when putting together this material.

I tried to download the wiki.zip file but nothing's happening when clicking on any of the Download buttons, regardless of whether I put a check mark in the box. (FWIW my browser is Waterfox, a Firefox derivative.)

As a book editor and not a programmer, all I had in mind at the outset was to contribute by writing up descriptions for some of these cryptic settings, but evidently much more is involved in plugging them in than simply writing. When the idea grew to encompass the entire Advanced Configuration page, that's why I'd thought that maybe I could do the writing and text formatting in Word (a program whose interface and workings I'm familiar with) and then use a converter to process into a .md file.

Thanks again. I'll go back to simply trying to learn what the config.xml settings mean. That's enough of a challenge for me.  Big Grin

The link is here https://limewire.com/d/Xob9d#1rrQNM8gBk sorry my upload stalled that is why it showed 0 bytes.

If you just want to write up the missing config.xml settings in a word or notepad document and zip and upload it I will see about updating the wiki..
