UIDroid connect to new server

I just built a new server (an N100) and will retire the old Pentium duo G3240. It streams to my 1 Firestick just fine, but guide, menu and thumbnail lag is driving me crazy.  It's especially slow updating the program guide as I set new programs to record. So how do I get UI droid on my firestick to change to the new server? Also, how do I get to UIDroide settings? Not sure why I cant find that answer since I asked it before. But I don't see it in my search results.

Uidroid should find the server when it first starts up. Long press DPAD center button for settings. You should find your NextPVR server in the list. If not your server is probably not configured correctly.

Currently both servers are running and it only connects to the old one. Will it look for the new on after the old one is shut down?

You could turn off the old server and see if the new one connects. If it doesn't there may be some server setting that it needs like allow remote connection, pin set to other than 0000 etc...

As VCR58 explained you need to hold the DPAD Centre/OK button on the main screen to get the selection menu and choose your server.
