Failing to load channel list

Hi,

My IPTV provider was recently moved to a new server, and where everything loaded and worked before in NextPVR, now when I try to add the device and I put in the host with the correct login details for an xc connection, it's failing to load the channels.  

I've attached the logs if anyone is able to identify the problem and help me resolve the issue?

The server is giving a 404 which indicates bad credentials.

** UPDATE **

I've updated to the latest version of NextPVR as said there was an update available, now it says "Load Complete" but still no channels loading?

Thanks for the reply Martin, but the credentials are definitely correct and work in any other app, just doesn't seem to load the channels in NextPVR for some reason?

I got the PM, you need to append a user-agent I tried this and it works so you can probably add anything.

This is probably a really stupid question, but how do I append a user-agent?
