XMLTV subscription not loading channel maps

Can someone help? I have been trying to fix npvr for some time now. My xmltv file download link is in settings/guide as required. This used to produce a guide for Kodi and npvr. However, since the xmltv files have gone to a 5 digit format, it seems that I can change the guide to xmltv in Settings/channels, but no mapping is produced. How do I fix this? Thanks. Logs attached. I don't understand this error unless the batch file itself is corrupt or missing.
