Just me musing again...
Sometimes I record stuff which I know my wife wouldn't be interested in and so delete it after I watched it. Other times I record something, watch it and then realise that she might, in fact, like to watch it so it ends up sitting around for a while until she watches it or we sit down together and go through the list (conversation: "Yeah, seen it", "No not interested", "No, haven't seen that yet, hang on to it" etc. etc).
What would be useful would be a mechanism to select a recording from the available list, watch it, then if my wife would/might want to watch it, I can 'mark' it as having been watched by me. That way after she has watched it she knows she can delete it. Similarly, if one of us notices a recording the other has done, we could 'mark' it as 'Not interested' (if we're not) so when the other has watched it they know they can delete it without having to worry. Similarly a 'To Keep' marker meaning - watched it but don't delete.
Just a thought.
Cheers,
Brian
