Crash with two BDA cards after watching Live TV

I was watching TV last night after the update. One Nova-T used to watch the BBC, the other doing nothing. All ok until I hit back on the remote to exit live TV. I then got a crash and a windows debug message. Once I'd closed all the debug windows, GBPVR was shut down, but one of my novas was still showing as being in Live Preview mode. I had to restart recording service to release it.

Anyone else seen this problem?

It doesn't do it for me but it occurs to me when I tested it, I used the ESC key on my keyboard to stop Live Preview mode (never got around to configuring remote for PC as I mostly us MVP). The question is, does it do it every time and does it do it if you use ESC instead of Back on the remote? Also did the crash put any windows messages in the Event log to indicate the faulting module?
