Can't get live tv

I can't seem to get live tv to work and get the message "VIdeo is playing back using tv out Press home to return to the menu". Obviously, something isn't set up right and I don't know what it is. I've played with the config so much, still nothing. I'm using the Hauppauge 350.
Can someone send me in the right direction?

You've set GB-PVR to use the PVR350 hardware decoder, which means video will only come out of the TV out socket on the back of the PVR350. If you need to see it on your PC monitor, the set the Hardware Decoder option to "none - use software decoder".

Thanks sub I've finally figured that out but all I got was static. Finally removed capture source and added it back and it worked.
That's twice now you've helped me. I really appreciate your time on this board.
